Refund / Return Policy:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Most of our products are exempt from being returned. The only products that would be able to be returned are merchandise items.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

 

We're happy to offer reshipments or partial refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong items were shipped.

  • Items arrived spoiled or in otherwise poor condition.

  • FedEx, UPS or USPS failed to deliver the package.

  • We reserve the right to grant to refunds to package that have been lost in transit.

The following scenario is the only instance when we will provide a refund:

  •  If you come to our store for pick up or if upon delivery the cake does not meet your expectations, we will give you a refund (minus 25% handling/cancellation fee). This refund will be given as a store credit (no cash/money refunds will be given) 

  •  

Note:  If we give you a refund, you CANNOT keep the cake. You can only get the refund if you refuse to “accept” the cake. We will NOT negotiate a partial refund if you keep the cake. This is a “take it, or leave it” policy. We are not responsible for any expense you may incur for replacing our cake.

Pick Up Customer Transportations;

If any issues with the cake arise after it has left the premises, I fully responsibility lies with the customer.

Example; Similar to purchasing an ice cream cone and accidentally dropping it, the business cannot be held accountable for any mishaps that occur once the product is in the customer's care."

***We do not give refunds under any other circumstances. Refunds are only given within 7 days.

 Shipping: 

  • To ensure freshness, we ship to zip codes that are within two days shipping of our bakery. If you are outside of our default shipping zone, contact

  • We offer flat shipping rates based on the weight of your package.

  • Please allow up to 7 days for your package to ship after placing your order.

  • You will be notified when your package ships

  • We reserve the right to grant to refunds to package that have been lost in transit. 

 

Deliveries:

  • We offer local deliveries in parts of Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn. To see if you are eligible, please enter your delivery zip code at check-out.

  • You will receive a notification the evening before your delivery is scheduled to arrive.

  • All deliveries are made between 10am and 6pm on the day they are scheduled to arrive.

  • To protect the health of our workers and our customers during the pandemic, we offer contactless delivery.

  • A driver will contact you by phone when making the delivery and leave your package by the front door for retrieval. If you wish for the driver to leave your package in another location, please provide delivery instructions in the notes field when placing your order.
