Refund & Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ALL RETURNS.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom cakes and custom-decorated desserts.

Perishable food items, including any item that has been delivered, picked up, stored improperly, cut, served, or partially consumed.

Special-order flavors, colors, toppers, edible images, or design elements approved by the customer before production.
We may offer reshipments or partial refunds if:

Incorrect items were shipped.

Items arrived spoiled or in poor condition. The carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) failed to deliver the package.

We reserve the right to approve refunds for packages lost in transit.
No-Refund Scenarios

Customer changes mind after the order has been confirmed.

Design dissatisfaction after delivery or pickup when the order matches the approved description, reference photos, proof, or final confirmation.

Complaints made after the product has been consumed, shared, refrigerated incorrectly, frozen incorrectly, or left at unsafe temperature.

Damage caused by improper transport, stacking, handling, display, or storage after handoff to the customer or recipient.

Late pickup or failed delivery caused by incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or customer delay.

Partial Refunds or Store Credit

Partial refunds or store credit may be offered at our discretion for verified issues that are reported promptly and supported with clear photos within [Insert, Timeframe within 30 minuts] of delivery.

If an item is significantly damaged due to our confirmed error, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit depending on product availability and timing.

Any resolution offered will be limited to the affected portion of the order and will not exceed the amount paid for that portion.

Store credit, when offered, is non-transferable and may be used toward a future order within 3 month.
Cake Policy
Refunds for cakes are only provided at the specific time of pickup or delivery. If you are not satisfied with your cake at that moment, you may refuse it to receive a store credit (minus a 25% handling/cancellation fee). No cash refunds will be issued.
If a refund is issued, the cake must be returned to us; it cannot be kept. We do not offer partial refunds if the cake is accepted. This is a strict "accept or decline" policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Most of our products are exempt from being returned. The only products that would be able to be returned are merchandise items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Note: If we give you a refund, you CANNOT keep the cake. You can only get the refund if you refuse to “accept” the cake. We will NOT negotiate a partial refund if you keep the cake. This is a “take it, or leave it” policy. We are not responsible for any expense you may incur for replacing our cake.
Pick Up Customer Transportations;
If any issues with the cake arise after it has left the premises, I fully responsibility lies with the customer.
Example; Similar to purchasing an ice cream cone and accidentally dropping it, the business cannot be held accountable for any mishaps that occur once the product is in the customer's care."
For To Go Customers
We recommend you to bring your own isolated cooler bag and ice pack for preventing hot & humid Summer!
***We do not give refunds under any other circumstances.
Delivery Acceptance

Customers or recipients must inspect the order upon delivery and report concerns immediately.

Once the order is accepted at the delivery address, signed for, or received by the designated recipient, the order is considered delivered in satisfactory condition unless a concern is reported within the stated time window.

If no one is available to receive the order, delivery may be completed according to the agreed instructions, and responsibility for the order transfers upon completion of delivery.

We are not responsible for issues arising after delivery, including temperature exposure, mishandling, or relocation of the product.
Order Accuracy and Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including spelling, color choices, flavors, sizes, inscriptions, and design notes before confirming the order.

By approving the final details, the customer acknowledges that the finished product may vary slightly from mockups or reference images because each item is handcrafted.
How to Request Review

To request a review, contact us at bleuneigenyc@gmail.com with your order number, delivery/pickup date, and clear photos of the concern.

We may decline requests that are incomplete, submitted late, or based on issues covered by the no-refund rules above.
