Aquafaba is simply cooking water from cooking legumes such as chickpeas and white beans. It has a consistency similar to that of raw egg white. I guess many people have been tossing the chickpeas cans down the drain all these years! It is really Wasteful!!
This aquafaba often featured on social media and health and wellness websites because it healthy and low calories. I use this for making vegan meringue icing, marshmallows and French macaron a lot!
