How to make Vegan French Macaron Shell?

Hello, Everyone! This is Vegan French macaron shells recipe. Please try at home for this quarantine. We will upload vegan baking channel and recipe at youtube so please subscribe it!! <Recipe> Aquafaba 130g powder sugar 12g  --------------------------------------- Almond flour 180g powder sugar 120g < method > 1. mix with Aquafava and powder sugar in stand mixer. 2. add color when meringue was little stiff ( try to make little strong color ). 3. shifted powder sugar and almond flour, at least 2 time. 4. add almond flour & sugar mixture in HALF batch into meringue. 5. mix meringue batter using silicon spatula slowly.... 6. if you need more color add at this point     (if don't need to fix the color, please skip here). 7. add all last almond & sugar flour batch into meringue batter. 8. using piping bag and attach into round piping tip. make sure all round size are        same!! 9. preheat oven at 300F. Macaron is let stay cool place about 10 minutes. 10. please touch macaron and you feel little dry and doesn't stick to your finger,      its mean ready to bake!! 11. after put in the oven, temperature change to 275 F.
